Work Assignments
WitnessTree provides easy Work Assignment and Team Management capabilities using a Work Table. Case Team Administrators can provide or restrict reviewers, access to concept searches.
Easy Work Assignments without the need to create complicated views and workflow. The focus is on dramatically reducing training time whiles increasing the efficiency of document review. Users experience increased visibility to data while making keeping administrative tasks to a minimum.
Document Clustering
The Work Table© gives the Reviewer a global view to the review set. The entire review set is divided into blocks. Each block in organized according to rank, where a rank refers to the degree of relevance of a document to the search criteria.
Reviewers have the ability to quickly drill down from the global view of documents clustered by relevance to individual documents.
Documents are clustered into smaller sets that are easier to search, review and tag. Metadata and Keyword searches give reviewers a smaller and easier to tag document set.
Review Teams members can quickly examine and tag documents using standard (default) tags or custom tags that are set by the case administrators.
Document Tagging
Reviewers can tag documents individually or bulk tag depending on the need. The reviewer has several default tags to choose from. In addition, Custom tags can be assigned by the Case Administrator for an individual case.
